Pulmo Balance Reviews 2026: What to Know & Fake Website Warning

Our take on Pulmo Balance

Pulmo Balance is a lung-support capsule that the seller says contains mullein, bromelain, maritime pine bark, stinging nettle, tiger milk mushroom and quercetin. A couple of those have small human studies for sinus, allergy or asthma symptoms. The seller publishes no Supplement Facts label, so we can't see any amounts, and it comes with a 90-day refund. Think of it as an optional extra for airway comfort with modest expectations, and see a doctor first if you're short of breath or have a lasting cough.

We searched the seller's pages, images, checkout and archives for a label, read the legal pages and loaded the live checkout ourselves. We haven't taken Pulmo Balance, so this is a read of the facts, not a personal result.

Our rating covers optional support, formula details and buying terms. It does not predict your results.

Ingredient amounts: Pulmo Balance label amounts compared with studies

IngredientLabel doseWhat the evidence says
Mullein ExtractNot disclosed (no label published)Mullein is a traditional cough herb. Its only human trials we found tested mullein-containing ear drops for children's ear pain.
Bromelain PowderNot disclosed (no label published)Bromelain has small sinus studies. Its strength is measured in activity units, which Pulmo Balance doesn't give.
Maritime Pine BarkNot disclosed (no label published)Standardized pine bark extract had small positive asthma and allergy trials, rated low quality by Cochrane.
Stinging Nettle ExtractNot disclosed (no label published)Nettle leaf has one small, old allergy trial. Nettle root is studied for urinary symptoms instead. The label part isn't stated.
Tiger Milk MushroomNot disclosed (no label published)A traditional Malaysian remedy for coughs and asthma. A 2026 review found the asthma evidence mostly from animals.
Quercetin Dihydrate ExtractNot disclosed (no label published)Quercetin reduced illness after hard exercise in one trial at 1,000 mg a day. Its allergy effects are mostly shown in lab studies.
BioPerine (Black Pepper Extract)Not disclosed; named only in the seller's reference listPiperine raises absorption of some compounds and some medicines. The sales page lists it among its references but not among the ingredients.

Amount comparisons are not effectiveness scores. Extracts, preparations and study outcomes also matter.

What is Pulmo Balance?

Pulmo Balance is a capsule supplement marketed for lung health and easier breathing, taken at two capsules a day; the seller publishes no Supplement Facts label. The seller names six ingredients: mullein, bromelain, maritime pine bark, stinging nettle, tiger milk mushroom and quercetin.

It’s sold through ClickBank and BuyGoods in bundles of two, three or six bottles of 60 capsules. It went on sale in December 2025.

How is Pulmo Balance supposed to work?

The seller says the blend clears mucus, calms airway inflammation, supports lung circulation and “boosts your all-day oxygen intake”. Each ingredient gets one job: mullein for mucus, bromelain for bronchial inflammation, pine bark for circulation, nettle for nasal passages, tiger milk mushroom for lung tissue and quercetin for histamine.

Those are reasonable ideas for a respiratory formula, and a few have human studies behind them, mostly for sinus and allergy symptoms. The oxygen claim isn’t supported: healthy lungs already saturate the blood with oxygen, and no ingredient here is shown to raise it.

Pulmo Balance ingredients and doses

The seller publishes no Supplement Facts label, so no ingredient amounts are known. We checked every image on both seller domains, both order pages, the legal pages, an affiliate page and web archives. A file named label.jpg on the seller’s server turned out to be a label for a different product, a glucose capsule, left over from a shared site template.

That leaves only names. Some ingredients have useful research at specific doses: standardized pine bark extract (about 100 mg a day) for asthma and allergy (Lau et al., 2004), bromelain (measured in activity units) for sinus symptoms (Büttner et al., 2013), quercetin (500 to 1,000 mg) for post-exercise illness (Nieman et al., 2007). Without a label, we can’t say whether Pulmo Balance comes close to any of those.

The headline says “7 proven ingredients”. Six are named; BioPerine, a black pepper extract, appears only in the reference list.

Do the Pulmo Balance references check out?

We couldn’t find any of the seven studies listed on the sales page. Each is given as a title, journal and year, such as a 2019 Phytotherapy Research study on nettle for “upper respiratory support”. PubMed title searches for all seven returned nothing.

Real research on these ingredients does exist, such as a 2020 Cochrane review of pine bark, and we cite it on this page. It’s just not the research the seller lists, and none of it tests Pulmo Balance.

Who makes Pulmo Balance?

No company is named anywhere we checked; the footer says only “Pulmo Balance Research”. Returns go to 285 Northeast Ave, Tallmadge, Ohio, a returns depot we’ve also seen used by several dental supplements we’ve reviewed.

Support is [email protected] and +1-888-834-4386. The sales page is signed “Paul Whitmore, Creator”, and we couldn’t find a credentialed person by that name tied to the product.

What we checked on Pulmo Balance, and the gaps

We searched for a label, read the legal pages, loaded the ClickBank checkout and searched review platforms and FDA records. We haven’t used Pulmo Balance ourselves.

The biggest gap is the label itself. We also couldn’t find a manufacturer, a trial of the product or an independent customer record; at under a year old, it has very little public feedback.

Pulmo Balance side effects and safety

Lung symptoms deserve a medical check before any supplement. Shortness of breath, wheezing, chest pain, a cough lasting more than three weeks or coughing up blood need assessment, and a capsule must never replace an inhaler or other prescribed treatment.

From the named ingredients: bromelain and pine bark can add to blood thinners and are usually stopped before surgery. Bromelain can also cause reactions in people allergic to pineapple or latex, and black pepper extract can raise blood levels of some medicines. Without a label we can’t check allergens or other ingredients, so ask the seller before ordering if you have allergies.

Is Pulmo Balance worth it?

Pulmo Balance has a sensible set of airway-comfort ingredients and a fair 90-day refund, which makes it a reasonable optional extra for seasonal stuffiness. The missing label is the main drawback: you can’t see the amounts, so keep expectations modest. Pharmacy lung blends with published labels are a cheaper option if you prefer to see the doses.

If you try it, decide by about day 80. See the price and refund section for the deadline details and the buying section for the verified seller pages.

How we scored Pulmo Balance

We rate supplemental support, label information, value and buying terms. A missing trial does not prove no benefit.

Label transparency index: 17/100: the share of label facts (doses, manufacturer, refund terms, third-party testing) that are publicly verifiable. A checklist metric, separate from the 5.0 rating.

What each score measures
  • Ingredient quality: The main ingredients have human research at comparable amounts, with clearly named, standardized extracts where relevant. Each ingredient has a plausible role in the formula.
  • Label transparency: A public Supplement Facts label gives every active ingredient amount, identifies extract forms and names an accountable seller. This is stricter than dose disclosure alone, found on about 79% of labels in the NIH database. A third-party certificate of analysis goes further; about 7.5% of products provide one.
  • Evidence support: Independent human studies support the main ingredients at the amounts in the product. Formulas using researched extracts such as KSM-66, LJ100 or Testofen can meet this standard. A trial of the complete product goes further; about 1–5% of products have one.
  • Value: The daily price is at or below the category median, and the main ingredient amounts can be verified against research.
  • Refund safety: A third-party payment processor enforces a guarantee of at least 60 days, accepts empty bottles and has documented successful refunds. A 180-day or longer policy goes further. Return authorization and buyer-paid return shipping are normal conditions and do not reduce this score.
  • Track record: The product has maintained strong demand for at least 12 months, compared with an approximately six-month median lifespan in this market. Products younger than about 12 months receive N/A rather than a penalty.
  • N/A = can't be assessed yet, so it is excluded from the score, never counted against the product. How we review.

Frequently asked questions about Pulmo Balance

Is Pulmo Balance legit or a scam?

Pulmo Balance is a real product sold through ClickBank and BuyGoods with a 90-day refund, so buying it is low-risk. The seller doesn't publish a Supplement Facts label or name a company, and we couldn't find the seven studies it lists, so you can't check the amounts before buying.

What is the official Pulmo Balance website?

We verified pulmobalance.com and lungreborn.com, the page ClickBank links lead to. Both use the seller's ClickBank and BuyGoods accounts. Six other domains we checked call themselves official and are run by affiliates.

What are the Pulmo Balance ingredients?

The seller names mullein, bromelain, maritime pine bark, stinging nettle, tiger milk mushroom and quercetin dihydrate, and lists BioPerine (black pepper extract) among its references. No amounts are published.

Does Pulmo Balance have a Supplement Facts label?

Not one we could find. We checked every image on the seller's sites, the order pages, legal pages and web archives. A label file on the server turned out to belong to a different product.

Does Pulmo Balance work?

It may offer mild support, but without a label we can't compare its amounts with the studies, so keep expectations modest. Pine bark, bromelain and quercetin have small studies for asthma, sinus or allergy symptoms at specific doses, but without a label we can't compare. It shouldn't replace inhalers or any prescribed treatment.

How do you take Pulmo Balance?

The seller's FAQ says two capsules a day with 6 to 8 oz of water. A bottle of 60 capsules lasts 30 days at that rate.

How much does Pulmo Balance cost?

At checkout, two bottles cost $167.95 with shipping, three cost $207 and six cost $294, the last two with free US shipping. There's no single-bottle option.

Does Pulmo Balance have side effects?

We found no product-specific reports. Bromelain and pine bark can increase bleeding risk with blood thinners, bromelain can trigger pineapple or latex allergies, and black pepper extract can raise levels of some medicines.

Is Pulmo Balance sold on Amazon?

A third-party listing uses the name, but the seller doesn't sell there. That bottle isn't covered by the ClickBank 90-day guarantee.

What is the Pulmo Balance refund policy?

You have 90 days from the date of purchase. Email [email protected] for a return number, then mail the bottles within 14 days to Tallmadge, Ohio, at your own cost.
