How to choose a dental supplement: findings from four reviews
Choose by checking ingredient amounts, how the product is used, the refund deadline, and what the formula’s evidence actually establishes. We compared these details for four dental supplements; a supplement should not replace dental care.
Compare the reviewed products
| Product | Formula disclosure | Smallest recorded order | Refund period |
|---|---|---|---|
| ProDentim 4.0/5 editorial Facts checked 2026-09-24 | Two independent sites supplied matching physical-label images. Compare those amounts with your current bottle. Directions and formatThe label we saw says to let one tablet dissolve in your mouth once or twice a day, ideally after brushing or mouthwash. A bottle holds 30 tablets, so it lasts 30 days at one a day or 15 days at two. Follow the directions on your current bottle. | $167.99 including recorded shipping 2 bottles (60-day supply) verified at ClickBank checkout | 60-day money-back period from delivery |
| Synadentix 3.9/5 editorial Facts checked 2026-09-27 | The seller publishes a panel naming ten active ingredients in a 400 mg blend. Individual amounts and enzyme activity aren't listed. Directions and formatThe label says one tablet once or twice a day, ideally after brushing or mouthwash. Hold it in your mouth for about 30 seconds, then swallow. The FAQ mentions one at bedtime, so go with the directions on your current package. Thirty tablets last 30 days at one a day, or 15 days at two. | $167.99 including recorded shipping 2 bottles (60-day supply) Recorded ClickBank product subtotal; shipping adds $9.99. | 90-day money-back period from delivery |
| ProvaDent 3.7/5 editorial Facts checked 2026-09-26 | The seller names five ingredient entries. We found no full panel in the images, checkout, affiliate materials or mirrors we checked. The table lists those names without guessing at amounts. Directions and formatThe bottle front shows 60 chewable tablets, sold as a 30-day supply, which suggests two a day. The seller didn't publish full directions in what we checked, so confirm the directions on your bottle before you start. | $69 + unverified shipping 1 bottle (30-day supply) US shipping is unclear for one bottle: the sales page says free, while a checked mirror image adds $9.99. Confirm at checkout. | 60-day return or replacement period from purchase |
| DentaBiome 3.2/5 editorial Facts checked 2026-09-26 | The seller names seven ingredient entries. We found no complete panel in the images, checkout, affiliate materials or second seller site, so amounts remain unknown. Directions and formatThe seller's FAQ says to chew or slowly dissolve one Berry Frost tablet in your mouth each day. A bottle has 30 tablets, sold as 30 days of use. Check the directions on your bottle before you start. | $158 including recorded shipping 2 bottles (60-day supply) The shipping terms list free US delivery for this tier. | 60-day money-back period from purchase |
Four things to check
Ingredient amounts. A published Supplement Facts panel lets you see what the formula contains. Individual amounts let you compare it with research. ProDentim and Synadentix provide label information, but disclosure varies: ProDentim does not give the amount of each probiotic strain. Check the review’s ingredient table for the specific gaps.
How the product is used. Chewable tablets and dissolving lozenges contact the mouth. That matters when comparing them with oral-health research. Check the package directions.
The refund deadline. Most of these products offer 60 days; Synadentix offers 90. Check whether the clock starts when you order, when the product ships, or when it arrives. Some sellers recommend three months of use while offering only a 60-day guarantee. Make a refund decision within the written deadline.
What the formula can establish. Synadentix uses enzymes based on processes that occur in saliva. However, its 400 mg blend does not disclose individual amounts, and the label lacks allergen warnings for milk and egg proteins. A plausible explanation of how ingredients work does not establish that the finished product is effective or suitable for everyone.
What we found about the sellers
Our research records shared business and website details across these products: an Aurora, Colorado return address on multiple labels, similar legal pages and price tables, and repeated paid-actor disclosures. We also recorded shared tracking details and repeated text across copycat pages.
These findings help explain connections between websites and sellers. A third-party copycat does not, by itself, establish that the manufacturer controls it or that a supplement is ineffective. Compare each product’s own label, evidence, and purchase terms.
Before you buy
- Use the purchase route documented in the review. The product verification pages also show the observed websites: ProDentim and Synadentix.
- Save the order page and delivery date. Check which date starts your refund period.
- Compare your bottle’s Supplement Facts panel with the label shown in the review. Counterfeit marketplace stock has been documented in this category.
- Set a reminder before the refund deadline. If symptoms persist, speak with a dentist rather than waiting for a supplement to resolve them.
